A social action and self-esteem summer camp for girls*
A summer camp for girls in Southern Ontario, Camp Stella Puella (which means Star Girl in Latin), is in its eighth season this summer! At Camp Stella Puella our learning focus is social action and self-esteem. By providing interactive workshops exploring these ideas, we empower youth to feel confident in their own skin, teach them to make a difference as global citizens, and foster personal awareness.
At Stella Puella, we create a supportive environment for youth where they can have fun while learning more about themselves and the world around them. Through engaging activities including crafts, sports, photography, yoga, self-defense, drama, and swimming, girls will improve both their teamwork and leadership skills. Campers will take action through volunteering in the community, spending a day on an organic farm, holding a fundraiser or designing a campaign. The fun traditions, inspiring special guests and enthusiastic counsellors are what campers look forward to year after year! Join us for a summer that makes an impact you’ll never forget!
